We have high security fencing surrounding our main sites as well as CCTV in operation at all times. Our gates are locked at all times unless a customer or staff member is on site.
All of our containers are one-use containers so are all in very good condition. The only water that gets inside is water that is carried in on people’s feet when they move in so we recommend moving in on a dry day where possible.
24 hour access to all of our storage sites is available on asking — completely free of charge.
We set up a Direct Debit with all of our customers so that the payments are made automatically every 4 weeks.
No, our insurance does not cover your items but you can take out an insurance policy with a self storage insurance company, such as NSIP or Insurastore, if it is something that you feel you need.
Yes, we do not supply padlocks for your storage containers. Advice can be given on the sort of padlock you will need but these can be purchased at any local hardware shop.
